My clients new site keeps popping in and out for the DNS... She has the domain at namecheap and her site is on webhook. The DNS changes (to point the domain to webhook) went live on Friday April 22nd... and has been sporadically showing the site and then sometimes it doesn't. It has been more than 48 hours... should it still be spotty for actually showing up?

oh and the website is pickledbeetpdx.com
the webhook dev URL is pb-dev.webhook.org

Still having issues? I saw this post yesterday and had no issue reaching the website then. I tried again this morning from a different location/ISP and had no issues.
DNS TTL (time-to-live) plus modern browser's DNS pre-fetching can make for an incredible headache when launching, as many times (especially on the default URL, eg:
/) the browser behaves erratically.
One thing that may be attributing to your problem is that you have TWO A records for the naked domain (pickledbeetpdx.com), which would cause users to receive one or the other when trying to reach
http://pickledbeetpdx.com.com. One IP is Webhook's and the other is wwwizer.com's. Are you using wwwizer.com with Webhook, or was that from the old deployment? If from the old deployment, get rid of it.

nope. figured out that it was the namecheap placeholder page competing with the DNS settings for her stuff on webhook. changed that and it's been up steadily since then. YAY!

I have no idea what wwwizer.com is... will have to look and see if that is still there... but later... am actually in the middle of moving across town... so things are crazy here right now.
Thank you for looking into it though!
