A few weeks ago I gave a presentation to a group of developers about static site generators, and it prompted a lot of questions. So, @exceptionlab and I have started a Meetup group devoted to static technologies. I think we're going to focus on tools and case study discussion, for the most part. Webhook will certainly be a point of discussion.
If anyone's around the New York City area, or just want to keep up with what's going on, the link is http://www.meetup.com/The-New-Dynamic/
We intend to have our first meeting on June 4th, and I'm thinking every first Thursday of the month (exc. aug/jan), if we get enough interest.

I'd love to hear what you guys talk about. Will it be recorded and/or streamed?

I'm going to try to make a video. In part I'm going to, for this first one, reprise a talk I gave a few weeks ago (slides, including some on WH, of course), but I'm hoping to make this thing very case-study, real-world problem-solving oriented. We're getting a very nice response.

Sounds good. Looking forward to it.
