Is there a way to have more than just www and root subdomains on a webhook site.
For instance I want to have www.domain.com and domain.com point at the homepage. In addition I want to have campaign.domain.com point to a specific sub page in the site.
I have not tested this but it was not apparent by looking at the documentation on how I would achieve this.

For pointing your root domain to the www, you can use http://wwwizer.com/naked-domain-redirect, which is what Webhook uses (and I've used on self-hosted). It works fine.
To point the campaign subdomain to a particular page you should be able to use Cloudflare's page rules, a nice way to circumvent not having an .htaccess file. https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/categories/200276257
Of course, to use Cloudflare's page rules you have to run your name servers through them.

Thanks for the reply. We have to root domain working just fine, my issues is solely with the campaign domain.
My IT team is using godaddy and manage lots of domains through them, they are terrible I know.
I don't see me being able to move them off GoDaddy so unsure if there are any options for me.
I could always use another we host to forward the traffic I guess, not ideal but may be my only other option.

campaign.domain.com would actually be a completely separate domain, so you either have to host it somewhere else or create another account for it in Webhook.
